Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Valid CDL-A or B with passenger endorsement and up to date DOT Medical Certification required
• Good driving record and proof of insurance required
• 1+ years of experience in transportation preferred
• Prior experience in the property management industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the community shuttle in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies
• Transport residents to and from approved destinations on scheduled routes
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the shuttle as needed
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure operational safety
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, traffic violations, or safety concerns immediately to management
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle, both interior and exterior
