Shuttle Driver - Airline Crew Transportation | Bloomington, MN

About the role

SkyHop Global, a national transportation company serving major airlines across the United States, is hiring Drivers to safely transport top airline crew members to and from airports and hotels. Responsibilities

• Safely transport airline crew members to and from the airport and hotels in a courteous and reliable manner.
• Communicate with people in person and by radio.
• Assist airline crew members on and off the bus and help with luggage as needed.
• Focus on safety, accountability, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Meet company and insurance requirements regarding motor vehicle records, including a satisfactory driving history.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Ability to safely perform essential job functions, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform essential job duties, including interacting with customers and following safety procedures.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing courteous, professional, and customer-focused service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Shuttle driving experience.
• Airport transportation experience.
• Hospitality or customer service experience.
• Leadership experience (for Lead Driver candidates).

Pay

$17.00/hour + daily cash tips + monthly safety bonus.

Schedule

All shifts include either Saturday and Sunday and holidays.

• Early Morning: 3/4 am - 10/11 am
• Evening Shift: 6/7 pm - 2/3 am
