About the role

As an Airline Shuttle Driver, you’ll play an essential role in our operation by delivering safe, timely, and exceptional transportation service to airline crews between airports, hotels, and training facilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport airline crew members.
• Provide professional, friendly, and customer-focused service.
• Communicate effectively using company radio and communication systems.
• Assist passengers with luggage when needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and transportation procedures.
• Maintain schedules and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Help create a positive, stress-free experience for every crew member.
• Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and a safety-first mindset every day.

Personal cell phone use is prohibited while on duty; all work-related communication must be conducted through approved company devices and systems.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Clean driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to providing professional, courteous customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Shuttle driving experience.
• Airport transportation experience.
• Hospitality industry experience.
• Customer service roles.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.

Pay

$17.00/hour starting pay plus daily cash tips and a monthly safety bonus program.

Schedule

24/7 operation; all shifts include either Saturday and Sunday and holidays.

• Early Morning: 3/4 am – 10/11 am
• Evening Shift: 6/7 pm – 2/3 am
