Shrink Conversion Worker-1st Shift (40731)

Basic Responsibilities

• Safely operates production machinery including Seamers, Slitters, Rewinders, and Core Cutters.
• Prepares production supplies such as boxes and cores.
• Daily inspects and performs preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Cleans up machine and work area.
• Maintains proper speeds and settings of machinery throughout shift.
• Routinely checks product samples against job specifications.
• Completes required paperwork for each job.
• Packs finished product for shipment to customer.
• Assists in training of new employees.
• Assists with other tasks as needed.
