SHP Adjunct Instructor - PA program

About the role

The Adjunct Instructor for the Physician Assistant (PA) Program provides professional level work, didactic and/or clinical instruction on a per-course or limited-term basis to graduate-level PA students at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) School of Health Professions, without any guarantee of continuing employment. This role supports the program’s mission to educate competent, compassionate, and evidence-based providers who improve healthcare outcomes in West Texas and beyond. Adjunct faculty teach on an as needed basis and may deliver instruction in-person, online, hybrid, or at clinical training sites.

Responsibilities

• Teaching duties for the School of Health Professions Physician Assistant program as defined by the designated department

Requirements

• Minimum of Master's degree from a regionally accredited university

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching Medical Spanish to medical/health professions learners at the university level
