The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM You Will Handle high-volume calls and face-to-face walk-in customersInteract with customers in a Point-of-Sale environmentIdentify and evaluate customers’ needsBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussionManage complaints, provide proper solutions and optionsKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsStock shelves and keep the showroom clean and presentable You Have High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalentStrong communication skillsAbility to lift 50 pounds comfortably and unassistedRetail and face-to-face customer service experience highly preferred We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
