Showroom Representative II
Position Summary
In addition to personal lead and appointment production, the Marketing Representative II is responsible for coaching, field training, and mentoring Marketing Representative I team members. This includes modeling best practices in customer engagement, providing in-the-moment feedback, supporting skill development in the field, and reinforcing process adherence.
Position Responsibilities
- Demonstrate mastery of key brand details with customers regarding RbA products and the sales process.
- Expertly guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, Showroom or RSVP locations.
- Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.
- Responsible for coaching, field training, and mentoring Marketing Representative I.
- Exemplify mastery of a World Class Homeowner Experience by providing clear communication with prospective customers, setting realistic expectations and embodying the Renewal by Andersen “Brand Promise” and “Who We Are” documents.
- Attend Team Meetings and training identified by Event and Retail Manager/Supervisor.
- Support marketing management with data-driven decision making, such as territory sizing analysis, quota assignment, and sales compensation administration.
- Oversee event booth display inventory, including asset tracking, representative check-in/check-out processes, condition reporting, maintenance coordination, and ensuring displays remain clean and event-ready.
- Serve as the first point of contact for showroom visitors, providing customer assistance, qualifying prospective leads, and scheduling consultation appointments as opportunities arise.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required OR minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or time dependent activities
- Flexibility, cooperation, customer focus and open to changes in work schedules, processes and team participation
- Possess a valid driver's licenses and has reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region
- Event/Retail Marketing Experience Preferred
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with little assistance from others
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
