Description

The ideal candidate will welcome clients, vendors, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, answer and direct incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain a clean and inviting showroom, assist with administrative tasks, and support the sales and design teams.

  • Assist with special events, vendor presentations, and showroom promotions
  • Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, retail, or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to learn customer relationship management (CRM) and scheduling software
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a design, home improvement, construction, or luxury retail showroom

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
