Description
The ideal candidate will welcome clients, vendors, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, answer and direct incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, maintain a clean and inviting showroom, assist with administrative tasks, and support the sales and design teams.

- Afford administrative support to the sales and design teams
- Assist with special events, vendor presentations, and showroom promotions
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, administrative, retail, or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn customer relationship management (CRM) and scheduling software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a design, home improvement, construction, or luxury retail showroom
Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
