Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid homeowners/builders/designers/fabricators in selecting tile, sinks, tools, and slabs (countertops) for their projects.
- Connect with customers through open-ended questioning to understand their needs and provide relevant merchandise and design suggestions.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance and organization.
- Complete quotes, sales transactions, and process payments promptly.
- Stay updated on all product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and confidence in Triton products.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and maintain a top-tier sales team.
- Mentor other members of the design sales team on sales skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure the design sales team delivers an exceptional customer service experience.
