About the role

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team. The position is available on a M-F schedule from 9am - 5pm, plus two Saturdays per month from 10am - 2pm.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and develop a lasting customer relationship
  • Answer incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
  • Optimally communicate appointment policy
  • Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders
  • Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
  • Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
  • Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail in task-oriented job responsibilities
  • Analytical thinking and an eye for business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay

The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
