Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch — Our training is the launchpad. We’ll show you the ropes, then support you every step of the way.
- Partner with Sales Agents — Guide clients through showings, helping them find “the one.”
- Deliver Feedback That Moves the Needle — Share clear, written insights to refine each buyer’s search and drive progress.
- Write and Negotiate Offers — Support agents and clients in getting contracts signed and accepted.
- Lead Generate 10+ Hours Weekly — Prospect with purpose. We believe lead gen is a muscle — the more you train it, the stronger it gets.
- Show Up for Script Practice — Get sharp, stay sharp. Join our team’s weekly sessions to level up your communication.
- Be All In on Team Culture — Participate in team activities and trainings. Iron sharpens iron.
- Commit to Growth — Weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls are part of your path to mastery.
- Track Your Moves — Use PLACE Technology to log activities and stay accountable to your goals.
