Showing Assistant - Licensed Agent
Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding homes
- Offer comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
- Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
- Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
- Take part in team activities according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
