About the role
A thrilling career prospect awaits as a Client Showing Assistant for our esteemed real estate team. This position involves guiding new agents through the process of launching their careers, working closely with sales agents to assist clients in finding the perfect home, and participating in various team activities.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Work with sales agents to guide clients through the home buying process
- Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients' search criteria
- Negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Generate a minimum of 10 hours of client interaction per week
- Participate in weekly script practice according to team standards
- Engage in team activities as per team standards
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and participate in team trainings
- Attend Partner Calls as required
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
