Key Responsibilities
- C Conduct scheduled showings for vacant residential units
- B Answer basic questions from prospective tenants regarding the property, rental process, and next steps
- C Represent TNCR Property Management professionally at all times
- D Ensure properties are secured and locked after showings
- E Perform Move-in inspections
- F Move-out inspections
- G Routine property inspections
- H Walk assigned properties according to inspection schedules
- I Support on-site manager–type tasks when required
- J Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or violations
- K Documentation & Reporting
- L Upload inspection reports, photos, and notes using company-approved platforms
- M Communicate inspection results clearly and accurately to the office team
- N Follow TNCR inspection checklists and reporting standards
Compliance & Professional Standards
- Comply with: California landlord-tenant law
- Fair Housing laws and regulations
- TNCR Property Management policies and SOPs
- Provide consistent, non-discriminatory information to all prospects and tenants
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Property Management, Leasing, or Real Estate
- Strong Understanding Of Tenant interactions
- Leasing basics
- Fair Housing compliance (California)
- Comfortable answering general tenant and prospect questions in a compliant manner
- Basic Computer Skills, Including Email
- Text messaging
- Uploading photos and reports via mobile apps or portals
- Ability to follow schedules and work independently in the field
- Transportation & Licensing Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must hold a valid California driver’s license
- Ability to travel between multiple properties within the assigned territory

Compensation
- Competitive part-time compensation
- Mileage or per-assignment compensation structure (to be discussed)
