Shower Aide (Mon-Friday)

About the Role

As a Shower Aide, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting all new patients to the facility, explaining and orienting them to facility services such as telephone, cable, dietary preferences, laundry, and activities.
• Resolving customer requests, questions, and complaints, and providing information to improve customer service.
• Serving as a liaison between patients and other departments.
• Conducting inquiries on customer satisfaction and reporting information using recommended tools and forms.
• Identifying, researching, and resolving customer concerns, and reporting trends to the Quality Assurance Committee.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
• Presents a professional image through appearance, behavior, and speech.
