Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference every day? CareCore at Heritage is seeking a compassionate and dependable Shower Aide to help provide exceptional personal care to our residents. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with seniors and wants to be part of a supportive healthcare team.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Every other weekend on-call rotation required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with scheduled showers and personal hygiene
- Help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Ensure shower areas remain clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow infection control and resident safety procedures
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- STNA certification is not required
- Ideal for candidates with CNA, DSP, home care, or caregiving experience
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
