Key Responsibilities
- Attend and actively sell at assigned Bretz RV & Marine tradeshows
- Represent the Bretz brand professionally, knowledgeably, and with enthusiasm
- Sell recreational vehicles, boats, and marine products directly to customers at show events
- Build customer relationships and deliver a positive, consultative sales experience
- Maintain professionalism during all assigned travel, show activities, and customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in RV, marine, outdoor recreation, automotive, powersports, or high-value product sales; or equivalent tradeshow/event sales experience
- Ability and willingness to travel to assigned show locations, including multi-day events and overnight stays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage customers in a fast-paced, high-energy event environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while following company processes
- Comfortable working a seasonal schedule that may include weekends, travel days, and variable show assignments
- Must be eligible to work in the United States as a W-2 employee
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling RVs, boats, marine products, or outdoor recreation products
- Experience working tradeshows, expos, fairs, or other high-volume event sales environments
- Familiarity with dealership CRM systems and sales documentation processes
- Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn RV and marine product features, benefits, and customer buying considerations
