Shoulder Sales Representative (Ann Arbor, MI)
About the role
As a field based Shoulder Sales Representative covering Ann Arbor, Michigan, you will play a critical role in helping surgeons and care teams restore movement and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Owning and driving sales performance for the Shoulder Reconstruction portfolio within the Ann Arbor territory
- Providing expert technical support and in theatre guidance to surgeons, OR staff and clinical teams
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders and hospital stakeholders
- Developing and executing a strategic territory business plan to meet and exceed sales targets
- Managing pricing strategies, product knowledge and sales techniques across the Shoulder portfolio
- Contributing to district leadership by supporting, mentoring or training less experienced sales colleagues
- Collaborating with Trauma, Reconstruction and Sports Medicine partners to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years medical device sales experience with at least two consecutive years of quota attainment
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to deliver trusted, data-driven solutions
- Proven relationship building skills with surgeons, hospital administration and clinical teams
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented field sales environment
- Willingness to travel within the territory with 2 to 4 overnight stays per month and infrequent national travel
Qualifications
- All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.
