About the role

The Shotcrete Nozzleman will be responsible for applying shotcrete to various structures using specialized equipment. This includes setting up equipment, mixing shotcrete, and operating the nozzle to ensure consistent quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Apply shotcrete to structures such as tunnels, dams, and buildings using specialized equipment.
• Mix shotcrete according to specified formulas and adhere to quality control standards.
• Operate shotcrete equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Ensure proper application techniques to achieve desired results and meet project specifications.
• Work closely with other construction team members to coordinate shotcrete applications and address any issues that arise during the process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in shotcrete operations.
• Proficiency in operating shotcrete equipment and mixers.
• Strong understanding of shotcrete application techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of relevant training programs in shotcrete operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
