Requirements
- Eligibility to work in US (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate, etc.)
- Certification of Completion from an approved 40-hour PCA class
- CNA license, if applicable
- PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years) (Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- Reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR card (Willing to obtain within 60 days of hire)
