About the role
Provide compassionate in-home care for clients, including companionship and caregiver duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities
- Ensure client well-being and support their independence
- Be available by 7 am and accommodate flexible scheduling, including day and night shifts
- Provide personal care, homemaking, and companionship, ensuring client comfort and safety
- Maintain professional and compassionate interactions
- Adapt to varying care needs
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid NC Driver’s License or ID
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Over 1 year of caregiving experience or caring for a loved one
- Passion for elderly care and companionship
