Short Hour Caregiver – Guaranteed Pay, Morning Visits
What the job looks like
These are morning visits, typically 1 to 4 hours, in clients' homes across Brookline and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. In exchange for your guaranteed schedule, you agree to accept the visits we offer during your committed hours, including visits under 4 hours, with at least 24 hours' notice.

You want stability and you're ready to commit to a consistent weekly schedule. You communicate warmly and listen well. You show up for every client the way you would want someone to show up for the people you love most, even on the short visits, even on the ones scheduled with short notice.
What We Need From You
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Ability to commit to 4 or 5 set weekday mornings, starting at 7am or 8am
- Willingness to accept scheduled visits within your committed hours
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 30 minutes to reach clients, at your own responsibility
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
