Short Hour Caregiver – Guaranteed Pay, Morning Hours

About the Role

This is a guaranteed-pay position for caregivers with morning availability. For your commitment to a consistent schedule, we guarantee your pay for those hours, whether or not you're matched to a visit. It's our way of taking the financial uncertainty out of home care work, so you can focus on what you do best: caring for people.

These are morning visits, typically 1 to 4 hours, in clients' homes across Brookline and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. In exchange for your guaranteed schedule, you agree to accept the visits we offer during your committed hours, including visits under 4 hours, with at least 24 hours' notice.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
• Ability to commit to 4 or 5 set mornings per week, starting at 7am or 8am
• Willingness to accept scheduled visits within your committed hours
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 30 minutes to reach clients
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
