Shopper Intelligence Director
About the role
This role architects the future of growth with our top customers by translating shopper behavior into scalable strategy, breakthrough activation, and connected execution. It sits at the intersection of insights, commercialization, and omnichannel demand—turning signals into systems that drive measurable impact across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Architect Shopper-Led Growth Platforms: Define and lead the end-to-end shopper strategy across priority growth pillars—grounded in real behavior, not assumptions. Build durable platforms that unlock long-range growth with the retailer and create competitive advantage.
- Build the Next-Gen Demand Conversion Engine: Design and operationalize a modern conversion playbook that seamlessly integrates brand, shopper marketing, and digital commerce. Move beyond campaigns to create repeatable systems that accelerate conversion across every touchpoint.
- Connect the Dots Across the Ecosystem: Create a fully connected insights strategy that links category vision to action—bridging big bets, innovation pipelines, customer sell-in moments, and omnichannel execution. Ensure every initiative ladders up to a cohesive growth narrative.
- Turn Shopper Intelligence into Actionable Advantage: Lead a best-in-class understanding of shopper behavior at the total retailer level—translating macro insights into precise, high-impact opportunities within the business. Elevate insights from reporting to decision-making fuel.

Synthesizing multiple data sources (POS, panel, loyalty, digital, retail media). Strong command of BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) as well as syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, Scintilla).
- Omnichannel & Conversion Expertise: Experience designing shopper journeys and conversion strategies across touchpoints. Working knowledge of retail media ecosystems, digital commerce levers, in-store activation & path-to-purchase dynamics. Ability to connect brand, shopper marketing, and commerce into one system.
