We are seeking a Shopper Insights Senior Consulting Manager to join our Walmart team in Bentonville, USA. As a trusted advisor for our retail and CPG clients, you will work side-by-side with them to ensure their success. Using customer insights derived from our data platform, you will own and develop a client plan that delivers recognizable value, client satisfaction, and return on investment. You will collaborate with Walmart Merchants and their market-leading CPG partners to place the customer at the heart of their collaborative decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Client-facing or stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of customer insights and a consultative approach to selling
• Experience with SHOP/Shelf Review and Category Management, including assortment analytics and customer insight analytics
• Accountability for all categories and CPGs within the business unit
• Support client leads across SBU categories
• Responsible for team management, strategy, structure, and recruitment
• Develop team career development plans and conduct performance reviews
• Commercial responsibility and strategic initiative identification across SBU
• Identify new revenue streams
• Own senior-level CPG and Merchandising relationships
• Own DV account director relationship
