Shop Utility

About the role

The Shop Utility position is available at Weyerhaeuser's Goshen, OR location. Weyerhaeuser is a leading timber and wood products company with a history spanning over 125 years. The role is unionized and represented by the International Association of Machinists (IAM).

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced environment in various weather conditions
• Wash log trucks and other equipment as necessary
• Perform miscellaneous clean-up duties
• Inventory and track supplies (such as filters, lubricants)
• Perform other utility work as assigned and as needed to support trucking operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated commitment and ability to work safely in both an individual and team environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills; able to demonstrate open, honest, and regular exchange of information, and treat all employees with respect and dignity

Qualifications

This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check.
