Responsibilities
- Perform regular testing and inspection procedures to ensure products comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Safely operate automated high-pressure and high-voltage testing equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading ESP equipment onto racks and transportation vehicles using forklifts.
- Move equipment to designated locations according to yard layouts and storage assignments.
- Pull equipment for inspection, testing, repair, and preparation.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist in the building, assembly, and reconstruction of various ESP components.
- Maintain and support the Company’s 6S Program.
- Train and coach new hires on basic operational principles and procedures.
- Complete all work safely while following company safety policies and supporting TRIR goals.
- Complete and actively participate in all required Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) training programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to participate in cross-training opportunities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company safety standards.
