Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products such as pumps and motors, following defined work instructions, and using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
• Work primarily in a heated and air-conditioned manufacturing environment
• May stand, walk, stoop, sit, bend, twist, grasp, lift, climb
• Requires personal protective equipment such as safety shoes and safety glasses
• Requires visual and hearing acuity
• May be subject to drug testing

Requirements

• Must be able to read, understand, and speak English
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills

Pay

Pay is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

First shift generally starts at 5:00 am and may be 8, 10 or 12 hours depending on the workload (with some weekend overtime as needed).

Physical Demands

• Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and safety glasses
• May stand, walk, stoop, sit, bend, twist, grasp, lift, climb
• Requires visual and hearing acuity
• May be subject to drug testing
