About the role

Responsible for supervising industrial operations at F.D. Thomas. Manage teams, ensure safety protocols are followed, and oversee maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of industrial workers
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals
• Train new employees on safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in industrial settings
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
