Shop Supervisor
Join ServiceMaster Restore as our Shop Supervisor and be the essential support behind our field teams. We are looking for a tech-savvy and mechanically inclined shop supervisor to ensure our supplies, equipment, fleet, and the shop itself run efficiently so our restoration team can operate at full capacity.
Responsibilities
- Fleet & Vehicle Management: Track and maintain company vehicles, keep them clean and stocked, coordinate maintenance, and ensure they’re always ready for action.
- Equipment Oversight: Manage air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and specialty tools—making sure everything is inspected, cleaned, and ready for the next job.
- Inventory Control: Keep supplies like PPE, chemicals, and drying materials fully stocked and organized. Handle orders, vendor relations, and inventory storage.
- Shop Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Implement systems to track equipment and support field crews with prep and readiness.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to manage vehicles, equipment, and supplies efficiently
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds and working in a warehouse/shop environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in restoration, construction, warehouse, or fleet management is a plus

Schedule
Monday through Friday, full time.
