Shop Supervisor

About the role

Lead the shop. Set the standard. CR&R is seeking a Truck Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and ensure the safety and readiness of the fleet.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shop personnel and assign daily work
• Ensure timely, high-quality repairs and preventive maintenance
• Manage work orders, documentation, and parts inventory
• Enforce safety standards and shop procedures
• Cookordination with operations to reduce equipment downtime

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of heavy-duty truck maintenance experience
• Supervisory or lead experience in a shop environment
• Knowledge of CNG, brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Refuse industry experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
