Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise machining, fabrication and repair of components in Industrial and Marine applications
• Work effectively with co-workers, manage 10+ employees
• Finish Communicate directly with customers
• Interface directly with suppliers to obtain technical information
• Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service
• Able to plan, organize, and execute projects
• Effectively work as a Team Leader
• Able to generate quotes for Minor/Major Projects
• CAD/CAM, simulation software, and proficient with data analysis tool
• Perform activities within department budget and schedule requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5 – 7+ years of experience
• Micrsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have good writing skills
