The Shop Service Technician II - Engine is responsible for providing high-quality service and repair work on Caterpillar engines and related components.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on engines and related systems.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality control standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in engine repair or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
