About the role

Shop Service Technicians 3 are responsible for maintaining and repairing Caterpillar equipment.

Essential Functions

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on Caterpillar equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and hydraulics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in a service technician role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
