About the Role

We are an established stone countertop fabrication company seeking an experienced Shop Operations Lead to oversee daily fabrication activities, production workflow, quality control, and installation coordination.

Requirements

• Experience managing fabrication shop personnel and/or installation crews
• Strong knowledge of granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication
• Understanding of CNC equipment, templating, fabrication, and installation processes
• Prior shop lead or high-level installation lead experience within the stone countertop industry

Only candidates with prior stone countertop fabrication, installation, or shop leadership experience will be considered.
