Pay & Earnings

• As our Shop Leader, you'll make 55% commission on all service sales with no caps, and up to 30% on all retail products sold each week!
• Your earnings are directly tied to your productivity and client demand. We reward performance weekly, so the more you build your book and connect with clients, the more you take home.
• Our Shop Leaders in Denver typically earn $50,000-$125,000+ per year, including average monthly bonus potential of $1,000-$1,500. This depends on hours worked, client volume, and productivity behind the chair. Earnings are subject to performance behind the chair and are influenced by schedule availability, client demand, and individual productivity.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Colorado cosmetology or barber license (required)
• 3+ years of experience as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of management experience in any industry OR 1+ years of management experience at a Floyd's Barbershop location
• Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, hiring, and profit and loss practices
• Passion for promoting an uplifting, service-oriented culture and building a strong team
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings/nights

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A BARBERSHOP LEAD

• This is a full-time management role. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, so flexibility is key.
• You'll work a schedule that supports your barbers and stylists and meets client demand.
• As our Barbershop Lead, you'll be the go-to leader for your team and the driving force behind the shop's success.
• You'll manage daily operations, coach your barbers and stylists, oversee inventory and financials, and collaborate with district leaders to keep everything running smoothly.
