About the role
Due to increased demand, this position is currently scheduled on a swing shift at the Ruston, LA manufacturing facility. The shift operates from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM and includes a shift differential. The Shop Lead works with other leads to meet deliveries to customers. Responsible for daily/weekly scheduled goals. Assists with scheduling to maintain reports and shop schedules. Encourages positive attitudes and motivates to create a good work environment.
