About the role
You’ll be a working leader—applying your electrical expertise while managing a team of a Rental Technician and a Shipper/Receiver. You’ll ensure all rental equipment is operational, organized, and ready for deployment, while maintaining a safe and efficient facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily tasks for the Rental Team
- Oversee preparation, inspection, testing, and repair of rental and sales equipment
- Ensure timely shipping, receiving, and documentation of all rental and sale equipment
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and quality assurance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and workspaces
- Cookordination staffing needs and workloads to meet customer deadlines
- Respond to after-hours calls as required
- Monitor and uphold safety procedures, facility standards, and team accountability
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified electrician (Journeyman or equivalent)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a shop or field environment
- Strong background in industrial/commercial electrical work (high and low voltage)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical layouts
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems and training team members
- Able to lift/move heavy equipment (100+ lbs.), work at heights, and confined spaces
- Willingness to work outside regular hours for after-hours calls as needed
