Shop labor/Yard Operations

About the role

Responsible for managing the labor and yard operations in Little Chute. This includes overseeing staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment and supplies.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding labor and yard operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in labor and yard management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HR software.
