Responsibilities
- Trains and supervises Shop Hands in daily work functions
- Conducts forklift training for Shop Hands
- Works safely with high voltages, chemicals, mechanical assemblies
- Thinks and acts with security in mind
- Performs minor housekeeping and production tasks
- Grounds keeping of all kinds, year round
- Performs minor electrical and mechanical repairs
- Preventsive maintenance on all production machinery and facility
- Improves skills and methods of performing job functions
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned
