Shop Foreman Aurora CO Location

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the shop team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs
• Schedule maintenance and repair work in coordination with service managers and dispatch
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and technician performance
• Train and mentor shop technicians to improve skills and productivity
• Cookordinate with other departments to support equipment readiness for rental and sales
• Support and assist in troubleshooting and diagnostics of complex equipment issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy equipment mechanical repair or maintenance
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a shop environment
• Strong knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and safety-conscious environment
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
