Shop Foreman

About the role

Transteck, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Shop Foreman at our Freightliner of Philadelphia dealership located in Levittown, PA. Position is directly responsible for supervising, motivating and assisting technical staff. Our facilities are kept clean and the pace is fast - all part of providing the best service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Billing out work performed on Repair Orders
• Dispatching work to technicians
• Monitoring of shop productivity
• Follow-up with work progress
• Coordinate parts orders with parts department

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role
• Some experience as a mechanic
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Familiarity with computers

Skills

• CDK (ADP) business systems experience is a plus
