About the role

Drive N-Motion in Thornton, CO is seeking a full-time Shop Foreman to lead a service department servicing hundreds of cars monthly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service department, ensuring smooth operation and efficient repairs
• Diagnose and repair various car issues, from general maintenance to complex engine services
• Communicate with customers about their vehicles' issues and progress
• Ensure vehicles are safe and drivable after repairs

Requirements

• 5+ years of auto repair experience
• Mentorship mindset with experience leading a team
• American Society of Automotive Engineers (ASE) certification required
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Extremely observant and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated to do a great job
