Shop Foreman-2nd shift

About the role

Transteck, Inc. has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Shop Foreman at our Freightliner of Lancaster dealership. Position is directly responsible for supervising, motivating and assisting technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Billing out work performed on Repair Orders
• Dispatching work to technicians
• Monitoring of shop productivity
• Follow-up with work progress
• Coordinate parts orders with parts department

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role
• Ability to work 2nd shift as required
• Some experience as a mechanic
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Familiarity with computers

Skills

• CDK (ADP) business systems experience is a plus
