Job Qualifications

• Construction industry experience is preferred
• Fabrication experience is a plus
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to calculate quantities or products on hand
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Mechanically Inclined
• Possess a valid driver’s license; in accordance with Company policy
• Willing to pass post-offer drug screen, reference and background check

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Regular bending, reaching, climbing and walking

Job Responsibilities

• Fabricate welding and threaded pipe
• Custom fabrication i.e. - carts pipe racks, fixing older and/or broken-down parts on machines, trucks, tools, etc.
• New fabrication ideas for the shop, yard, trucks, and field
• Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Cascade Fire Protection's safety operating procedures
• Maintain a clean shop/yard and ensure that special tools and shop equipment are in proper operating conditions
• Other duties as assigned

• Assist, when necessary, with the duties listed below
• Maintain the organization and efficiency of the shop supplies and processes
• Fabricate welding and threaded pipe
• Custom fabrication i.e. - carts pipe racks, fixing older and/or broken-down parts on machines, trucks, tools, etc.
• New fabrication ideas for the shop, yard, trucks, and field

• Starting hourly wage for this position is $25.00 per hour; however, compensation may vary depending on experience
