Shop Dispatch Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Captures deliveries between Driveway customers and fulfillment centers including OOM, Store, and Hub.
• Coordinates setting appointment time and status in Scheduling, CRM and TMS program.
• Keeps customer informed on delivery status.
• Follows up with customer post-delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Escalates post-delivery customer concerns to appropriate department.
• Ensures pre-delivery vehicle readiness between selling location and fulfillment center.

• Time management and organizational skills.
• Well-developed computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
