Shop Associate

Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect machines after equipment has been cleaned
• Complete necessary repairs to pass inspection
• Pressure wash equipment for to return to the job
• Vacuum cabs, clean interior surfaces, and wash glass
• Maintain the wash area by cleaning and organizing it routinely
• Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications And Requirements

• Forklift experience
• Clean DMV record
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail orientated
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to perform physical labor

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Stand, climb, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Safely operate and work around sharp tools and power equipment
• Work in a variety of weather conditions and outdoor environments
• Tolerate moderate to loud noise levels
• Communicate clearly and hear instructions in a busy environment
• Maintain manual dexterity, balance, and strong hand‑eye coordination
