Shoe Stylist

About the role

A Part-Time Shoe Stylist applies selling techniques to merchandise and develops a client base to build sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a customer-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer.
• Maintain outstanding standards in every aspect of customer service.
• Understand all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
• Demonstrate salesmanship skills by consistently achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels.
• Assist in various store operations: floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties, and returning products to inventory as needed.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through computer and POS register systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
