Shoe Stylist

Part-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through styling expertise and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer in a customer-friendly environment.
• Maintain high standards in all aspects of customer service.
• Understand and communicate product information, promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
• Demonstrate salesmanship by consistently achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels.
• Assist with store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning, and returning products to inventory.
• Be flexible to perform tasks outside of your specific role as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information and merchandise using computer systems and POS register.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
