About the role

Boscov’s Shoe Sales Associate is a dynamic position within a family-owned department store. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of a beloved brand.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals
• Meet and exceed customer expectations by retrieving requested shoes from stockroom area, as well as recommending additional items based on customer needs
• Educate customers on product
• Work as a team player to ensure every customer’s needs are met
• Daily department maintenance tasks such as merchandising, display, and ticketing
• Assist with stock room maintenance when not assisting customers
• Help to fulfill customer internet orders

• Able to multi-task, helping more than one customer at a time when needed
• Entrepreneurial drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
• Available to work varied days and hours as schedule requires, including evenings and weekends
